How should I move my Mouse pointer

Hi all,
I want to write a driver which just sends the events to the X11 to move the cursor on the graphical screen. I have done it on application side by XTest library. Now i want to do it through my driver. Can any one suggest is there are any APIs to move the cursor on the screen from a driver. I want to know how the mouse driver is moving the cursor too.
