How do you press Ctrl,Alt and shift?

There are too many commands needs to press ctrl, alt and shift.
How do you press them to gain a max speed?
when you press ctrl+v, which ctrl do you press, the left or the right?

It depends what feels comforatable to you. This will also depend on the siz of your hands and keyboard.

I press Alt-Ctrl with one hand, then shift with the other.

For control v, I press the right control, and v with my left hand

In emacs, there are many such commands.
If we don't type in a right manner, it must waste much time.
It seems, when keyboard is designed, it is divided to two parts, corresponding to two hands. so, is it right that, we type letters in left part while we are pressing ctrl ,alt and shift in the other part with the other hand?

If you learn how to type, that is indeed the way it is taught. Although in many typing courses, you only use shift :-)

Anyways, it very much depends on your personal preference. Using two hands is slower (because you have to use two hands), but ergonomically better, so if you are sensitive to RSI and somesuch, that is the way to go. Using only one hand ususally is faster, so if you are impatient...
