Usually customary to thank someone after they do something for you. Also, please put your question in the thread, not in your subject line.

And you create a MySQL user the same way you would under Linux, by going through the "mysql>" prompt. Be aware that this is LINUXquestions. You'd probably have better luck posting this on a Windows forum, or reading the MySQL docs....
