graphing calculator

Is their a calculator (On windows or Linux) thats free (Thats why I post on Linux site ) that will draw parametric graphs and so I may see the creation of it in progress instead of the entire graph drawn instantly.

Thank you!

I use The Ultimate Windows Graphing Calculator.

http://www.graphcalc.com/

I had no luck with their linux version since it's very unstable, but I got the windows binary working under WINE no problem. And yes, it does support parametric graphing .

I don't have wine completely setup, however some applications run. Unfortunatly graphcalc doesn't.

How may I resolve these errors
Code:
err:module:import_dll Library MFC42.DLL (which is needed by L"E:\\GraphCalc4.0.1\\GraphCalc\\GrphCalc.exe") not found
err:module:import_dll Library MSVCP60.dll (which is needed by L"E:\\GraphCalc4.0.1\\GraphCalc\\GrphCalc.exe") not found
err:module:import_dll Library MSVCIRT.dll (which is needed by L"E:\\GraphCalc4.0.1\\GraphCalc\\GrphCalc.exe") not found
err:module:LdrInitializeThunk Main exe initialization for L"E:\\GraphCalc4.0.1\\GraphCalc\\GrphCalc.exe" failed, status c0000135

A while back for other programs I needed certain modules (DLL) files to get things to work. I already had those modules unpacked, so that's why it went smooth for me :P.

Anyhoo, download these zip files and unpack the DLL file in the wine windows system directory.

http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dll-files.shtml?mfc42
http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dl....shtml?msvcp60
http://www.dll-files.com/dllindex/dl....shtml?msvcirt

I believe the system directory folder is in C:/windows/system.

If that didn't work alone run this command..

Code:
WINEDLLOVERRIDES="mfc42,msvcp60,msvcirt" program_name_here
Please also refer to the WINE Doc.
