getting git repository for Wine-0.9.39 in tgz or using windows machine

Hello!
I need to download git repository for Wine-0.9.39 (entire repository) to do a git-bisect. Unfortunately, it is too big to be downloaded from my home machine, and I don't currently have an access to another linux machine with suitable internet connection. Is there a way to:
1) get repository using windows machine? (installing CYGWIN or installing anything is not an option).
or
2) get entire repository in *.tgz or something downloadable on windows computer?

Thanks.
