Free, cross-platform CMS?

Anyone know of a free corss-platofrm, cross server CMS? Something that can be deployed in a Windows environment, but tested (tried out, built on) under Apache (possible with ASP extensions). Being database idependant (using ODBC) would also be nice.

Tall request I know, but I figure I would start my search here.

Thanks guys.
