frames in html and php
 

i have my main site is divided as 2 horizontal frames. i want the top one send the data to the bottom without changing the top one. how can i do that?

where can i find abt all these html stuff? is there a man like that for php that i can download?

oh, oh - i didn´t see that cause they have a union jack in the language version section too but...it´s actually not available in english.
