Enable DOM in PHP5, Redhat Enterprise 4

Hey guys...
I'm trying to get the DOM-part of php5 to work on a Redhat enterprise 4 server.
DOM is listed as a module when I run "php -m" but when I check at the php-info()-listning is says that it's disabled at compile time with "--disable-dom" flag.

What is the easiest way to enable DOM or got it to work?
