Without taking much of time I want to place this..
does gnome-calculator supports accessibility?
I want to use ATK and GTK libraries and access this application through c implementation. I have invoked the application well with C code but dont know how to pass data to this application through code..
Can anyone tell me the way to my will

Look if you are saying that you have accessed a calculator binary (executable) through your C code, then i think you can not pass value to it until there is a support in it, and i think if you have accessed a GUI based calculator then you may not have access to pass the values to it. When you are accessing a binary (executable), then you can only pass the value to it if there is an interface to it, but normally there is we can not do it with GUI based applications, But as console based apps require aurguments from command line to perform operation so we can play with them a little bit.
