debugging uboot

Hi
Iam new in uboot ,dont know how to debug it. I have a board PXA300 (xcale) in which I was running my application .But due to some reason an error came in application. So when I restarted my PXA300 I found my uboot got corrupted.I checked my error log also if any prints are there related to uboot but it was of no use (could not make out from that). So now I dont know from where should I look for debugging the uboot .Is there any tool from where I can debug

Debugging uboot

When U-Boot starts it is running from ROM space. Running from flash would make it nearly impossible to read from flash while executing code from flash not to speak of updating the U-Boot image in flash itself. To be able to do just that, U-Boot relocates itself to RAM. We therefore have two phases with different program addresses. The following sections show how to debug U-Boot in both phases.
