Datafeed expertise appreiated: getting feed to web

Good evening. I have a datafeed I need to add to my website. I've already downloaded it. It's a csv file, but I hope I converted it to an xml file correctly. (I used a converter.)

My question is this:

1. How do I get this feed onto a website? (I'll need step by -step instructions.)

Thank you in advance.

Step 1: Place the file in the web server's document directory (server document root, or a subdirectory).

Step 2: There is no step 2.

Do you currently have a web server? If so, do you know who administers it?

If you don't have a web server, what distribution and release of Linux are you running? Do you know the administrator of the Linux system?

I don't have a server; I just have a website and I downloaded the feed so I can display a new product line at my site without having to type everything and put up all the pictures. I use Ubuntu Edgy.
