Data synchronisation

IS there any software or command to export from the live site to local site and vice versa in mysql
My requirement is
We have a product running in the local intranet and the same product is on the web also. The
product is devloped using PHP with MYSQl backend. This product is being used in the live as well as in the local site.
I need to sychronise the live and local databases,so that the same datas are there in the two.Another problem there are auto increment fields in most columns.
