cut , paste or grep

-What if i want to extract e-mails from a very long file and they are written like this...
xxxx zzzz <>, qqq www. <>, any zini < z>
Messy , and some of them between <> and some not ....
and so on ...
-And what about if i 've them listed like that..... and i want to add a comma ',' between them to send the whole
list of mails....

-Another there any software under linux for collecting e-mail addresses
from the Internet ..??....

Sounds like you are way over your head creating a spam generator.
