Question current time in linux


Dear all,

How can I print the current time of my system with a batch file.
My os is ubuntu.

Hi.

It shows time to the second. Is that not accurate enough?

The format is customisable. Check the man page for how that works.

Is there a "big picture" (context) that you're trying to achieve?
