Question %CPU , Memory Usage, Thread count


How the %CPU , Memory Usage(RSS), Thread count of an application can be taken in linux , which is spawning more than one thread.

i am doing with the following command now

ps -eo ' pcpu,rss,pid,ppid,args'

whether i am correct in my way.

Pl. help me .
