conio.h ???


Hello guys!
I'm new to linux and I created a c++ programm using vi , but what ever the compiler I used (gc,g++)any of them don't support Conio.H.

How to use conio.h in my programm??

That said: conio.h is a DOS (borland, I believe?) C
extension and has nothing to do with the ANSI standards.
NCurses is probably closest to what you want.

Yup there is nothing like conio.h, In linux the shell is not like that of DOS. So you didn't have "conio.h".
Yes you can try NCurses
Also if you want to use clrscr() (As mostly it is used for that) or getch()..... You can use "unistd.h" and to clear the screen you can use
system("clear");

When it comes to simplier functions, I think that 'stdio.h' can do more or less the same. It depends which functions you'd like to use.
