conditonal moving of files
How to " move all files from folder1 to folder 2 who size is less than 250 Kb, which were created after october 25 and which were created by user 1" in shell script

You typically start out by reading the "find" manual page, then construct a find command to find al the files that need moving, and then move them using xargs or a for loop or backticks or whatever.

this sounds an awful lot like homework, as have a number of other posts. look at the find manpage and you'll see it's pretty easy anyway.
