Close window error when not closing

I have a reply to an original question about getting an error of "scripts can't close windows that were not open with scripts" in the post
threadid=120581
This is a slightly different flavor of this and only occurs in Mozilla even if I comment out the close commands. Could some one suggest some ideas as far as resolving this issue?

Thanks
