Unhappy check-box in some programs/sometimes is disappeared/invisible

Hello
Some programs can not or do not show the check-boxes!
for example firefox in some cases does not show check-boxes , let me explain more :
I had more than one email accounts , one of them was : Yahoo! , and the other one was : gmail but , the check-boxes were not visible whenever i opened my gmail inbox while at the same time and the same browser(firefox) check-boxes were clearly visible in Yahoo mail inbox ..
Accidentally i found that if i use chromium web browser the check-boxes become visible in both sites!
I do not know the reason and what should be done but :
I think that this event happened/started a few years ago when i tried to change view background because white and shinning view backgrounds annoyed my eyes , so i changed the view background to very light green , and following to this action i became interested to work/change the default system colors , eventually i had a very good looking desktop/programs/windows ..etc but , check-boxes in some cases were not visible!
My own reasoning/understanding was that some colors aggressively penetrate to other territories than what has been determined by me so the weak check boxes were covered and became invisible specially in surveys which made the filling work very hard also in configuration time some programs were affected to this problem!
I wrote and compiled and executed a program to solve the problem but it does not seem to be successful , so i turned to use chromium web browser in most cases but still in computer configuration related programs which are in root territory the problem exists!! although i have found a way to overcome this problem but it is complicated and time taking..now :
if explanation is enough please help me to solve this problem otherwise i am ready to explain more
Thank you for your attention and spending time

This thread should be in a different forum.

Sounds like a script or content blocking/allow difference between the various browsers.

Hi
I can not reveal some points , because i have experienced that whenever i do or try to do that something very intelligent and very powerful blocks my software and or me! but i have to , because i am committed to the principle of giving-something-back , so i answer but as briefly as i can , and , if i can not send this! i will be sorry as before!
Now your answer :
I have experienced that if i use another session at boot logging time even if i transfer the same desktop to the next session , the problem disappears(at least in some cases that i have experienced)!
Regards

Unhappy Weak or no border lines lead to color penetration

I understood or realized that weak or no border lines in graphical areas like in pictures lead to flooding-color or .. penetration , so , this could be a reason for check box disappearance in some software ..
I also noticed that whenever i change some colors in some system divisions some colors in other divisions change!
For example a change in color settings in user or home division or territory leads to some possibly unwanted changes in root division or territory
I know that it seems strange and complicated .. but probably software affect on each other anyway..
Still i do not understand the main reason for check box disappearance because my computer software seem very stable with a very good appearance and in my control comparing with other operating systems that i was using before!
May be some hackers are much more expert and strong in using software than me...i do not want or like to be a hacker , anyway! .. no more suggestions?!
