Unhappy Charset in MySQL


GREETINGS

How can I change character set in MySQL?

Is there a way to add or change charset after installation?

Just a question :

I don't know how to do it, but if you use something like php to retrieve the information, isn't it possible to do it in the interface code instead of mysql ?
