Arrow Can i Use shell script as backend & Java(Swings) as front end in Linux Platform ??


I am doing project in linux platform, I have written codings in shell script & I want to design interface for it in JAVA
Can I opt Java(Swings) as Front end for shell script, which is my back end.....
Please help as quickly as possible.............I am waiting for ur reply..........

I doubt it, but that sounds real ugly anyway and I wouldn't recommend it. There's a similar forum posted here, btw: http://www.linuxquestions.org/questi...script-561451/
