Can't locate XML/Parser.pm ?


/usr/bin/perl -e "require XML::Parser"
Can't locate XML/Parser.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /etc/perl /usr/local/lib/perl/5.8.8 /usr/local/share/perl/5.8.8 /usr/lib/perl5 /usr/share/perl5 /usr/lib/perl/5.8 /usr/share/perl/5.8 /usr/local/lib/site_perl .) at -e line 1.


i can't find an answer anywhere

You didn't indicate what you use for an OS. A linux distro will most likely have a perl-XML-Parser package. If you aren't using linux, enter "perl-XML-Parser site:cpan.org" in Google search.

obviously i'm using linux. now i just don't know what i have to do.

You do not seem to have that Perl module installed, so try this:
1. change to root
su -
2. bring up CPAN tool
perl -e shell -MCPAN
3. install module
install XML::Parser
