C++ compilation errors ???

I am receiving an error that I cannot figure out, when ever I compile my code I receive

Handle.o(.text+0x21); In function'Handle::Handle[nt-in-charge]()':: undefined reference to 'BTreeT<char>::BTreeT[in-charge]()'
Handle.o(.text+0xa5): In function 'Handle::Handle[in-charge]()'::undefined reference to 'BTreeT,char.::BTreeT[in-charge]()'
does anyone know what these errors mean?

One of three things:
(1): You need to use typecasting
(2): You need to link the library that uses BTreeT[in-charge]()
(3): The class BTreeT doesn't have that function... Although I think this would be caught at compile, and not at link. Anyway, I guess there may be times when it is possible.

If it isn't in a library then you most-likely need to typecast.
