C++ Book

I'm going to attempt to learn the basics of c++ during my upcoming winter break, and I need suggestions of a good book that will help me. I've taken three semesters of Java classes, so I am quite proficient with programming basics and OO programming. So I'm looking for something that won't spend much time with the basics of programming, but will get right into how to use c++. If there are any books targeted at Java programmers trying to learn c++, it would be perfect. Any suggestions?

I don't know much about this Java thing, but since no one else has spoken up I must recommend "The C++ Programming Language" by Bjarne Stroustroup, the guy who wrote the language.

I've been reading "Problem Solving with C++:the Object of Programming" by Walter Savitch (4th edition) which seems pretty good.

Cheers

I recommend you - C++ Primer Plus by Stephen Prata :) The best book for C++ I've ever read amongst 7 others :) Here's the link to take a look.
