Beginning a big project - Need a Good Project Manager

So...we are starting a big project and we need a project manager.I searched a bit in google but mostly it found windows-based project planners, but we need a linux-based or web-based(web-based preferred).I found XPlanner (www.xplanner.org) but it has many dependecies that mu hosting didn't allow me to start. So are there any good project managers and planners ?
thanks to all

I use a whiteboard for my team. That's not good for management though, they need pretty charts and graphs, so I just use whatever is around and use minimal detail since they have such a short attention span. I find them just a productivity drain like Powerpoint.

None of this is any help to you, sorry. Just didn't want you to think you were being ignored.
