Basic JSP/Tomcat question.

I have installed Tomcat 4.1.24 correctly on my Linux box and things seem to work when I startup and stop the service. I am real new to JSP and Tomcat and I have some real basic questions. I have a file that has HTML and JSP code(in <% %> tags). How do I run this file through my browser to see if the JSP code works?
