What do you mean need "same help"? If you posted some question somewhere then either refer to it here of rewrite it so that someone can help you out.
There are loads and loads of good programmers in this forum, hopefully someone will be able to help you.

Here are steps that you may follow in your code to achieve that you want to do.
1) use 'printf()' to prompt user to enter the command
2) use 'scanf()' to get the read in the command
3) use 'strncmp()' to check if the starting characters are "cd" or "pwd"
4) depending on the result of step 3 call function from path.c or other.c
