About Installation Tidy Library in Windows

Hello everyone,

I have a tidy-relateed program running in Ubuntu and considering convert it to Windows Platform.

I am wondering if someone did this before could give me some idea. Basically I don't know how to install tidy library (not the binary) in windows while Ubuntu just take you some apt-get commands for it.

Another thing is what is the best platform for developing tidy-related program in windows, I used Visual Studio 2005 before.

The Tidy website is very confusing to me, even for the source code, CVS could only get tz file, I am not sure whether I missed some places or anything else.

Thanks in advance,

-Kun
