[libcurl] Anyway to avoid being blocked by firewall ?

I am using Libcurl code in my application to download resource from internet.

I already set a user-agent for libcurl but it still hangs forever if the firewall is on.

Seems libcurl has no problems on sending a request but having trouble in receiving the results.

Any idea ?

Thanks,

-Kun

I'm not familiar with libCurl but it seems to support a number of protocols. Open the firewall for the service / port(s) that you use should be the simple answer.

Check the firewall logs to see what goes wrong (outgoing or incoming).
