Compiling Qt on Mac Tiger
I am trying to port some Linux apps to Mac OS X using the Qt libraries, and I'm wondering if anyone knows how to get Qt to compile on Tiger. The error is:
kernel/qaccessible_mac.cpp:189: error: non-local variable '<anonymous struct> text_bindings [][10]' uses anonymous type
make[2]: *** [.obj/release-shared/qaccessible_mac.o] Error 1
make[1]: *** [sub-src] Error 2
make: *** [init] Error 2
And by the way, if I do port these apps, I'll end up with a binary. But since I'm using a G5 processor, will these binaries be incompatible with G4s and below?
I'm using gcc 3.3 20030304. I do have gcc 4 too; that fails too with the same error.
