Question Built-in VNC server in OSX 10.8 drop connections

I turned VNC server on, but when I connect via VNC client, It disconnects immediately (even when I'm in the LAN).
How do I fix this?

With version of the VNC server are you using ?
Version 5.0. 2 or a lower version ?
If it is a lower version upgrade first to version 5.0.2
