Verifying the status of HP Hardware
 
Hi

Is there a HPUX 11.x command to verify the status of HP Hardware.

I am talking about the Superdome and other older hardware with either a RISC or Itanium processor set, and not the G5/G6/G7/G8 series.

Yes there is, we monitor HP hardware running Windows, Linux and Vmware remotely with nagios

Nagios is log scraping and then displaying an alert.

I am asking if a command exists on HPUX 11.x which interactively speaks to each hardware device, and returns an ok or not ok status.
