Search for "unix+course+london" on google. I am sure you will find some useful results.

I went to the DFES website (www.dfes.gov.uk) and searched for unix+course and specified that it should be within 5 miles of London. If you go to the site you should be able to narrow the search down.

Thanks, great link. Helped a lot. Has anyone here taken a part time course and could recommend one from own personal or from a friends experience that is in London?

Not me, but you could try a search for a chat board or message board to see if you can gauge how the students see it/saw it. Or, if you have some spare cash or a grant, try doing it via the Open University - they're a well respected institute.
