Is it possible to install Doom 3 on OS X using PC cd?

I googled around but it seems i have to buy the Mac dvd. It's sad because i installed it on Linux, and i hoped to see the same install system.

No, you can't install it. In linux you would have used Wine, but unfortunately or fortunately you dont have that option in OS X

No, Doom 3 under Linux is native and looks better in openGL than win$ directx.
There's darwine, the OS X port of wine. I'll try this.

Well, you're not the first person to try. I tried, but Tiger laughed in my face. (Literally, the computer tried to tell me a knock-knock joke when I swore at it. I think I need to tweak the voice commands.)
