Latex . cjk -chinese fonts
What is Latex
Command line
root@home:/home/ma# yum install fonts-chinese
Setting up Install Process
No package fonts-chinese available.
Nothing to do

synaptic all chinese fonts installed
Trying to learn read and type in chinese using linux
Any one with experince on this subject chinese fonts

What is your question?? Are you asking about yum, LaTeX or chinese fonts??

Mepis uses YUM?? I thought that was for RPM-based systems

You mention synaptic---is that actually what you are using? Regardless, Run Synaptic and search using "chinese" It will tell you what is available and what is installed.

For Latex--simply search on Google.
