webcam installation guide

i need your help how can i install my a4 tech webcam in redhat 9 can you give me an installation guide?

You have posted in the MEPIS Forum (MEPIS is a Debian based distribution and is not much like RedHat.)

It is generally not difficult to download the pictures from a camera to Linux, but it is difficult to set up for use as a webcam.
