Unable to start SimplyMepis 3.4.3 rc4

I just downloaded the 3.4.3-rc4 iso and then burned it with nero on windows, restarted and the cd booted without problem, then I started the program on normal mode, and it loaded without problems, then at the user login screen, entered and I got the following message:

"Could not start kdeinit. Check your installation"

After pressing okay, i got this other message:

"There was an error setting up inter-process communications for KDE. The message returned by the system was:

Could not reach network connection list.
/home/demo/.DCOPserver_mepis1_0

Please check that the "dcopserver" program is running!"

So, how can I resolve this issue?

Is this error showing every time?
I've seen this error on KDE before and a reboot has made it go away.
If the problem persists then maybe a dodgy cd?

I'm using Mepis 3.4 rc4 as I write this and haven't seen any dcop problems.

The problem continues to appear, no matter what I do, so I think i will have to redownload the image.

It might be a bad burn rather than the image.
Use a very slow speed and good media x4

I had this on one install. I finally logged in to the root account sucessfully and deleted the user account then set up another user. I was then able to log into the new user.
