KDEMultimedia vs. K3B - why not both!?

Why, when I want to install the KDEMultimedia packages, does it insist on uninstalling K3B? Does the KDEMultimedia have K3B inside it?

once again, kde is undergoing a massive upgrade, installing things from kde will most likely break stuff

mepis and KDE 3.4

you might try checking the forums at www.mepis-lovers.org as there are many posts dealing with the struggles with the new KDE version and Mepis.

correction to the above url: the correct url is http://www.mepislovers.org

also my best advice to you is to wait a few weeks then you can install it all once its in the repos.
