How do I launch Python-IDLE?

I'm a total newbie, so hopefully there's an easy answer to this. I want to launch IDLE - the Python IDE. I checked Synaptic to make sure it's installed already. I can't find IDLE in my KDE menu anywhere. I can get into Python by typing "Python" in a shell window, but I can't figure out how to launch IDLE. Any ideas?

well you will have to install it with
apt-get install python-idle2.3

then the command to run it is python-idle2.3

I already had it installed. The command I needed was python-idle2.3, like Mos said. Now I have it added to my KDE menu, and it starts up just fine. That wasn't so hard.

On FC it used to be called tkinter and on another just idle, one of those distro specific names.
