Amarok can`t connect to Creative Zen media player

Hi,

I have a creative zen media player but Amarok just displays the message "could not connect to MPT Device".
I opened a Terminal as root and started Amarok and it connected without any problems.
I have added my user name to "audio group" and to "plugdev group" but it has made no difference.

Any help appreciated.
