XGL stanby my monitor while playing film or tv
 

I Have mandriva 2007 powerpack and xgl-beryl installed,
When i have installed XGL+beryl i have problem during play my films or tv, with kaffeine or mplayer,

My monitor go in stanby after 20 minutes!!!

I have disabilited screensaver and energy control in my kde control panel.

Well, my experience is that Beryl ignores KDE settings, that said though, I would have thought that screensaver and monitor power off settings would be taken from KDE.
My personal experience is when watching DVD's with LinDVD the screen goes blank, not sure if this is powering down or the screensaver just not showing up properly, but I just 'wiggle' the mouse and it comes back, and that I can live with. You might have more luck posting at the beryl forums.
