Wine installation problems

Okay, I'm getting the hang of installing things on Linux, but there's one problem that I'm stuck on. I'm running Mandrake Linux 10.1 and I installed the newest wine program (.9 I think). When I try to configure it, it tells me "error: no suitable lex found. Please install the 'flex' package". What is this and how do I fix it?

use menu->Software->Configuration->Packaging->Install Software to install whatever you need, although the WINE package that came w/ the distro may be a bit older than 0.9. If you still want to compile WINE then install the -devel packages for whatever it complains about through menu->Software->Configuration->Packaging->Install Software.
