windows xp and mdk 9.2

I installed mdk 9.2 while using win2kpro and had no problems.
Then I switched to Xp pro but now it wrote on the mbr and linux dows not start.
I haven't got the mdk installation cds because i gave them to a friend.

I have got:
Drive 1:
C:\ Documents (5gb)
D:\ Windows (15gb)
Drive 2:
Mdk 9.2

What can I do to restart mdk and reconfiguring lilo?

Boot with the installation disc. I think there should be an option to repair the Linux installation (at least there is such an option with 9.1)

Go on the net and get a floppy-based install (try www.distrowatch.com . There's a whole secion on small distros). You can then boot with one of them and chroot into your mandrake installation. Once inside, you can run /sbin/lilo and you should be back to where you were. If you have a cd burner, you could go for a repair cd or perhaps the Gentoo bare install cd (its about 7mb)

i got knoppix and it works fine.

what should i do now to restore lilo?
