what video software shuld i use for my capture card?

i need it so i can watch tv and record movies off the tv on my pc. what video capture card software shuld i use with my CX23880?

My vote is depicate the card and computer to mythtv

the whole mythtv is a gui
google mythtv and you can see some screenshots.
