I have Mandrake installed and working good. I'm new to the Linux world so im going to learn about it as I go. Heres what I want to do though. I have two Windows machines in my house and one linux KVM'd to my main box. I'd like to put a large HD in the Linux machine and use it for scheduled backups. Their all connected to my Linksys router. I realize that its probably complicated so im not looking for someone to walk me though it. Just name some programs or whatnot to get me started researching in the right direction. Also, as far as file systems go, should the HD in the linux box have its own NTFS or FAT32 partition for the back ups to go in? Thanks for any replies.
