Using Mandy for a webserver

Hi guys

Thinking about setting up a webserver using Mandy as the base.

I want to be able to setup multiple accounts on it, for different users. Does Mandy come with any control programs to allow me to do this? and is Mandy secure?

Any Linux distro is as secure as the person administering it.

I don't think of any GUI type applications if that is what your looking for but you can use Webmin to setup, configure Apache.

Not sure if Mandrake comes with it already installed or not.

Yeah, I know about webmin, what I,m looking for though is some sort of guide for setting up a webserver, if I have to chroot applications etc. What I really would like to know of, is there some sort of opensource adminastration panel, for setting up accounts, email etc,etc.

I could probably do it manually, I,m just looking for a package that I can compile.

I,m also looking for a supplier of 1U rackmount cases in the uk.

The only thing really close for all of those would still be webmin in that general area really.

If your wanting to have multiple domains or users, you can maybe look at cpanel which is a web based tool used for users to admin their web space.. etc.
