Hi,

I did also encounter the same problem when I upgraded from 10 to 10.1.
What I do to fix it, is to change the usb settings into the control pannel (change mouse to anything, then put it back as any ps/2 &usb mouse).
Otherwise, on my laptop, I fixed the issue by going to the bootloader config (inside control panel) and deactivated the ACPI, the chosed to Force No ACPI.

I hope this will help you fixing the issue.

Regards,
Ben
