Two X screens: KDE on first and no window manager on the second

I have a Nvidia with TV-out that I use only to see videos. I have configured xorg.conf to use two screens (:0.0 and :0.1).
First, there is some way to "close" second screen and use it only when I want to see a video on TV?
And second, after configuring xorg.conf this setup creates two KDE instances, one in monitor and one in TV. I have searched through a lot of X setup files (Xsessions, xinitrc, xinit.d dir...) but I have not found where KDE is started. There is some way to make KDE start only on first screen and have on the TV only a X session without window manager?
