Text pixelated after reboot
Last night, I accidentally unplugged my computer before it could properly turn off...
So this morning when I turned it on, the Sans font (which is what i'm using) is a lot more pixelated than it was before. I have tried several different settings in the kde "Configure your Desktop" panel, but it won't go back to what it was before. Would un-installing and re-installing the sans font work? How would I do that? |
One quick trick is to login as a new user (create one).
If the problem disappears, then the problem is merely a local configuration file for the original user. You can then copy the Konqueror, etc. config files from /home/USERNAME/.kde/ to your original user... Just be careful not to overwrite things like bookmarks, etc. which you may want to keep. |
