SSH login commands not found ???

When I login with SSH, I'm getting a bunch of messages. What files is ssh reading at login ????

[root@molfyl1 root]# ssh -l avierstr molfyl1
avierstr@molfyl1's password:

-bash: grep: command not found
-bash: uname: command not found
-bash: uname: command not found
